Today by a vote of the Executive Committee passed much needed updated bylaws which will create a majority Delegate Elected Executive Committee.
The vote was 26 Ayes, 1 Nay, and No Objections, for the new KGOP bylaws passed at 5:37 pm. The new bylaws are effective immediate.
The KGOP’s Planning Committee worked on these for the past six months, and since the new leadership team took over on January 1st when the process was started. The result will be a much stronger and sustainable organization. The Kalamazoo County Republican Committee’s tradition of being the leader in the State continues with the groundbreaking new bylaws.
