Commissioner Frank Sample, Floodgate Church, and James &amp; Danyelle Anjo) for transport to East Palestine Ohio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_5643-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-998\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_5643-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_5643-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_5643-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_5643-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_5643-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the February 3, 2023 Norfolk Southern train derailment, and February 7, 2023 controlled burn of vinyl chloride from a tanker involved in the 150-car train derailment (that produced a black cloud that could be seen for miles), there remains concerns of contamination and safety of the local water in East Palestine, Ohio. &nbsp;Even though the Environmental Protection Agency has said that East Palestine\u2019s air and drinking water are safe, and that it will continue monitoring the effects of the toxic train derailment, we wanted to send them clean and fresh Michigan water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1008\" height=\"756\" src=\"https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Resized_20230331_134911.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-997\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Resized_20230331_134911.jpeg 1008w, https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Resized_20230331_134911-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/kgop.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Resized_20230331_134911-768x576.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1008px) 100vw, 1008px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This week the KGOP Family collected cases &amp; jugs of bottled water that was sent to residents of East Palestine, Ohio, still grappling with the aftermath of a train derailment that forced them to evacuate their homes and ruined many of their personal effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Again, thank you to all of our KGOP Patriots for coming together and supporting the East Palestine Ohio Community.
