What unit were you with? What was your MOS (Military Occupational Specialty)? These are some of the things you may hear when a Vet talks to another Vet. That is wonderful networking. I would like to talk about some of the benefits that service members may be eligible for. Depending on your level of service, you or maybe a family member is eligible.
Let's start with a benefit that is hot in this day and age, education. The Montgomery G.I. Bill is a great way to start your schooling. There is also the Forever G.I Bill. This is a supplemental education bill that is for certain previously deployed Vets. I feel the Forever G.i Bill will eventually open up for all eligible Vets. I have spoke to the authors of this bill. The reason it is not open to all Vets is due to funding I was told. How much did they give Zelensky?
Another hot benefit is medical benefits that may be available to you or a loved one. VA medical centers offer a wide variety of medical services. Up to and including marriage counseling. Caregivers for veterans 70% and higher disabled, discharged from U.S. military, and the veteran is in need of care 6 months or longer can apply with the VA. The caregiver shall live full time with the veteran. Can be a son, daughter, wife, husband, etc. .
Whatever your level of service to your Country, you are a hero. As such you are afforded benefits for your sacrifice.

“To care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow, and for his orphan.” Abraham Lincoln 1865

“To care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow, and for his orphan.” Abraham Lincoln 1865

[1

post-355","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
