  Michigan made a huge mistake last November, electing Elissa Slotkin as our U.S. Senator, replacing Debbie Stabenow, who retired.  During the 2024 election, President Donald Trump received 2,816,636 votes here in Michigan.  Slotkin defeated Republican Mike Rogers 2,712,686 to 2,693,680.  The people who voted for President Trump should have voted for Rogers as well.  If they had, things in Washington might be very different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   We were sold a bill of goods during the campaign, with people touting Slotkin as a moderate democrat, who works across the aisle to achieve bipartisan legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   But in reality, she is hyper-partisan, voting in lockstep with the democrat mandate to oppose President Trump at every turn.  She has voted no on most of the President\u2019s nominations for various Cabinet positions.  She voted no on the Big Beautiful Bill.  And she repeatedly voted for the Shumer Shutdown, keeping the government closed for a record 43 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Now Slotkin, along with several other democrat members of congress, have gone too far releasing a video, calling on our military and members of the intelligence community, to refuse orders from their Commander in Chief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
