Ron and Ruth Wiser, longtime Republican supporters, will host a Christmas Open House on Tuesday, Dec. 8, benefiting the KGOP’s Candidate Fund. Special guest at the event will be Lt. Gov. Brian Calley.

The Wisers have had the long tradition of opening up their home for candidates during election years. Each year, Ron and Ruth decorate their home with exquisite detail in celebration of the Christmas season.

“If anyone Calley, Brianhas not seen the amount of decorations and detail that Ron and Ruth have put into their home for Christmas, they are missing out on something special,” said Scott McGraw, KGOP chairman. “It seems every square inch of their yard and inside their home is ordained with beautiful holiday splendor – it’s breath-taking!”

Also making this a special evening is the display of the Wisers’ gold authentic replica of King Tut’s Burial Mask. One of only two replicas authorized by the government, this exact replica is made of gold and identical to the original ordained by the Egyptian Prince.

The event is scheduled from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Wisers’ home, 1532 Long Rd. in Kalamazoo. Donor levels for the event are as follows: Host – $500 per person or couple; Sponsor – $250 per person or couple; or General – $100 per person. Proceeds from the event will benefit the KGOP’s Candidate Fund. Please make checks payable to the Republican Party of Kalamazoo County.
